This will serve as notice for the Annual General Meeting of the Coquitlam Minor Lacrosse Association. The date and time of the AGM has been set as Monday, November 29th, 2021 at 7:00PM. With certain restrictions still in place due to COVID, the Executive have decided to hold this meeting via Zoom and we are extremely hopeful that we will be back to in-person next year!

As part of our Annual General Meeting, we also hold elections for our elected Executive positions. This year, the following positions are up for election:

• 1st Vice President (2 Year Term)

• 2nd Vice President (1 Year Term)

• 3rd Vice President (1 Year Term)

• Secretary (1 Year Term)

• Treasurer (1 Year Term)

Our kids depend on volunteers to help keep CMLA going and able to offer Box Lacrosse in Coquitlam. If you are interested in putting your name forward for one of these positions, please do so by sending an email to secretary@coquitlamlacrosse.ca with your intentions.

We would also like to recognize our graduating Midget players at this meeting.

The Zoom information for the upcoming meeting will be sent out prior to the AGM via email.
